Beverly Switzer

Beverly L. Switzer, 81, of Montgomery passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 23, 2012. She was born on October 19, 1931 in Ontario, Canada the daughter of Leo and Bertha McIntosh. She was a diehard Chicago Cubs fan and loved baseball in general. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved her family. She is survived by her children Robert (Rosa) James and Debra (Michael) Way, grandchildren, Elizabeth Way, Richard (Sheryl) Way, and Ivan (Brenda) James, and one great-granddaughter Nora James. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Robert Nelson James and second husband Richard Switzer, brother Scott McIntosh and granddaughter LeAnn Way. Family will be receiving guests on Friday October 26th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Funeral will be on Saturday October 27, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Home. Interment will be private.
