David Benter

David ‘Junior’, ‘JR’ Benter 49, of Montgomery, IL. at rest suddenly September 27, 2012 at Rush Copley Medical Center. Loving son of Phyllis  (the late David Sr.) Benter, dear brother of Roger (Kim), John (Dawn), Debby (Don) Hughes and Susie (LeRoy) Keierleber. His special friend Karen Fleming. Preceded in death by his brother Pat. He is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Junior was a member of The Eagles Club, 3rd Ward Club and The Luxemburger Club.  He enjoyed camping at Rolling Oaks, golfing, throwing bags and spending time with his loving family and his dog Bear. Junior was an avid sports fan and loved the Chicago Black Hawks and the Chicago White Sox.He was superintendent of Riverside Cemetery Montgomery, IL and a loyal employee of Dieterle Memorial Home for many years and will be deeply missed by everyone.Family receiving guests Tuesday October 2, 2012 from 2:00 PM until the time of his funeral service 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 Broadway Montgomery, IL. Interment Private.
