James Kyes

James E. ‘Jim’ Kyes Sr. 69  at rest  December 26, 2012 at home in Montgomery, IL. surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of JoAnn Kyes, loving father of Jim Jr., Jodi (DJ) Gates and the late Jacalyn. Dear brother of Raymond A. Kyes and the late Charles and the late Robert W. Kyes. Cherished grandfather of  Tyler James Gates and the late Duane Jody Gates. He is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his parents  Quenton and Nellie Kyes.  Jim  was a retired carpenter, he loved the outdoors, boating, fishing and  his  yardwork.  He was a member of the Tiger Club, Raven  Masonic Lodge#303 in Oswego and many organizations in the local area. Family is receiving guests Saturday December 29, 2012 from 12:00 PM until the time of his Funeral Service 4:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 Broadway Montgomery, IL . Interment private.
