William Gene Furukawa

William “Gene” Furukawa, 11 years old, of Montgomery, IL passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012.  He was born February 20, 2001, the son of Kenneth and Erin (Loeser) Furukawa.  He attended Autumn Creek Elementary School in Yorkville.

He is survived by his mother, Erin Loeser of Aurora; his father, Kenneth Furukawa of Montgomery; one sister, Jade Loeser; four brothers, Vincent, Raymond, Kenneth C. and David Furukawa; his maternal grandmother, Christina Loeser, paternal grandmother, Vickie Furukawa;  two uncles,  Bobby Furukawa and Scott (Lisa) Loeser and  maternal great grandmother, Shirley West.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles Loeser.

Family will be receiving guests Saturday, June 16, 2012 from 12 noon until the time of Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway  Montgomery.
