Carla, Tony, and family- my heart breaks for your loss. I met Brandon a couple times through Stacy. I did not know him well, but wanted to share a memory that has stuck with me over many years. I visited Aurora a couple times with Stacy, and it was during one of these visits that I remember sitting in the living room, all or most of the siblings together (can't remember). Stacy was sitting on the floor, and Brandon came and sat next to her, and rested his head on her shoulder in the most tender way. The imagery was striking- Brandon being so much taller than Stacy, but in that moment there was no doubt Stacy was his big sister. I am sending prayers, hugs & love from Durham today.

I just recently had the pleasure of meeting Brandon for the first time at a family reunion. He was such a delight. From the moment I met him he was so kind and easy to talk with. In fact we joked around and it's not often you meet someone that is so easy to talk with! I knew from that moment he was a great guy!
