Gerald "Jerry" Heinz

Gerald G. “Jerry” Heinz, 54, of Oswego, passed away on September 25, 2017.  He was born January 18, 1963, the son of Peter and Sara (Leesley) Heinz. He was employed as an engraver for over 30 years at Johno’s Trophy and Award.  He enjoyed traveling, fishing, the Blackhawks and the White Sox.  He is survived by his father, Peter, one brother, Jody (Christina); one sister, Gina (Zachary) Moga; 2 nephews, Daniel and Jacob; and 4 nieces, Alexandra, Andrea, Jessica and Jennalyn. Jerry is preceded in death by his mother, Sara; and many other relatives and friends. Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery, IL. Funeral Services will be Friday at 11:00 am at Dieterle Memorial Home. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
