Ismael Anaya Villa

Ismael Anaya Villa, 72, of Aurora passed away on March 24, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born on February 13, 1945 in Morelos, Durango, Mexico the son of Felipe and Dorotea (Anaya) Villa. He retired from Jel Sert in 2010 after 26 years of dedicated service. Ismael had a huge heart and he loved to help others. He was always a friendly face at McDonalds. He was a dedicated and committed husband to his wife Julia of 45 years. Ismael loved his children adored his grandchildren. He had a passion for gardening and working around his home. He will be deeply missed by all.

He is survived by his wife Julia; children, Rene Villa, Gracie (Sam) Hernandez, Araceli (Moises) Alfaro and Sesar Villa; several grandchildren; siblings, Patricia Salgado, Gregoria Villa, Jesus (Chevia) Villa, Santos Varela, Pola Villa, Concepcion (Rosa) Villa, Flora (Salvador) Alfaro and Juan Aguirre Villa. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Concha Villa as well as many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Margarito Villa who passed in Mexico just 12 hours prior to Ismael, brothers-in-law Chico Varela, Pancho Salgado and nephew Pancho Varela.

Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 430 E. Downer,  Aurora, IL. Interment will follow. The family would like to express their gratitude to his nurse Carolyn and Ana from Kindred Hospice Services.
