Joyce Boulding

Joyce Ann Boulding, 84, of Montgomery, IL passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Seasons Hospice, Naperville.  She was born June 11, 1932, in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Carl J. and Cora (nee Loeber) LeCompte, Senior.  She was married to Finley C. (Duke) Boulding on November 27, 1954 in Aurora, IL.  Joyce was employed by Dial Corporation, Montgomery, IL, for 27 years, retiring in 1994.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Aurora and the Phoenix Club.  She enjoyed outings with her friends in the “Birthday Club” and “Dial Lunch Bunch,” and the weekly card group.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother (G.G.) who will be forever missed by her family and friends.  Her outlook on life was always positive, her personality was upbeat and happy and her love for her family was unconditional. She is survived by her loving children Pamela (late Dale) Burgeson, Geneva, IL; Lance (Sue) Roscoe, Atwater, CA; Sandra (Werner) Mangold, Virginia Beach, VA; and Steven (Angela) Boulding, Cornell, WI; nine grandchildren Scott (Colleen) Roscoe, Sonora, CA; Kelly Richerson, Albany, OR; Marnie (Brian) Kane, Elburn, IL; Jody Dickinson, Reno, NV; Michael (Leticia) Boulding, San Antonio, TX; Matthew (Jamie) Boulding, Cornell, WI; Amy (David) Hugh, Cornell, WI; and twins Allie and Amber (Chris Elsner) Boulding, Cornell, WI;  twenty great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; her sister, Mary Lou Wood, Rockford, MI; sisters-in-law Donna (late Wayne) LeCompte and Kathleen Kurns, both of Aurora, IL; her cousin and friend Barbara Stoner, Spring Hill, TN; and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Duke; her first husband Warne C. Roscoe; her brothers, Carl, Elwood, Wayne, and twins Earl and Earlvin; and her special friend Ted Knur. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery, IL. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 925 Sard Avenue, Aurora, IL.  Rev. Father Joachim Tyrtania officiating.  Interment will be at Lincoln Memorial Park immediately following the service.
