Mariarosa Alaniz

Mariarosa Alaniz, 86, of Aurora passed away on November 6, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on July 6, 1931 in Zacatecas, Mexico the daughter of Porfirio and Norberta (Alvares) Morales. She loved to garden and enjoyed walking and crocheting. She was a loving mother and grandmother who always put others ahead of herself and she will be dearly missed by all.  She is survived by her children; Javier Alaniz, Isidra (Armando) Gutierrez, Elodia (the late Guadalupe, Jr.) Garcia,  Margarita (Ceasar) Gutierrez, Arturo Alaniz, Armando Alaniz, Angelita (Loreto) Arzola, Cruz (Sonia) Alaniz and Ismael Alaniz, 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren and 1 sister in law, Celia Morales. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Aniceto, 1 grandson, Cesar Gutierrez Jr., her parents, brother, Miguel (Panfila) Morales, Miguel Morales and Avelina (Salvador) Martinez. Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Funeral mass will be on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Rita of Cascia Catholic Church 750 Old Indian Trail Road, Aurora, IL. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Montgomery, IL.
