Alex Toth

Alex "Sándor" Tóth of Mountain Home, Arkansas formerly of Aurora, Illinois, passed away September 7, 2021, at the age of 82, surrounded by his family. Alex was born on June 6, 1939 in Nemesgulács, Hungary.  He was the son of Ferenc and Karolin (Döme) Tóth. He married Kathryn Young in 1957 in Aurora, Illinois.

Alex is survived by his wife; sons, Alex Tóth and Michael (Megaen) Tóth; daughter, Tammy Tóth; nine grandchildren, Ericka (Dan) Cox, Kathy Jo, Nicole, Shawn, Steven, Dakota, Michael, Marley, and Emmalina; fourteen great-grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren; brothers, Ferenc (Gizella) Tóth, Laszlo (Ėva) Toth; sisters, Piroska Komoroczi and Karolin (Csaba) Tombor; brother-in-law, Don Yung; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Kathy Tóth; sister, Teresa (Pista) Torok; brother-in-law, Jenó Komoroczi; sister-in-law, Donna Yung; and great granddaughter, Makenzie.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021, from 10:00am until 1:00pm at Dieterle Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery, Illinois. A funeral service will follow at 1:00pm on Monday, September 13, 2021.
