Alphonso Inocencio

Alphonso Inocencio, 51, of Aurora passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2018. He was born on September 28, 1966 in Aurora, IL the son of Cruz and Santos (Venecia) Inocencio. He loved cooking, especially grilling, playing cards and Loteria, sports, sleeping, gardening and he enjoyed the outdoors. Alphonso was simple man with quiet sense of humor and a big heart. He loved all dogs and was known as the dog whisperer. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children; Joshua Francis, Nicole Hoffmann, Andrew Hoffmann, Aimee (Jerry) Peach, and Alphonso Inocencio, Jr.; grandchildren, Donavin, Jalissa, Charlie- Ann, Daimien, Catalina and Baby Zico; his parents, Santos (Jose) Eledesma and Cruz (Claudia) Inocencio; siblings; Elvira (Shaun) Langley, Amanda Inocencio and Patrick Inocencio. He is also survived by his special friend Helen Hoffmann, special aunt, Ninfa Venecia, favorite cousin, Sandra Venecia as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ernestina and Pedro Venecia and paternal grandparents Eulogio and Natividad Inocencio, one grandchild, Bailee-Jordan and 4 legged son, Ruff “Pepe”.

Family will be receiving guests on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 11:00AM to 3:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for a memorial that will be established.
