Arnoldo H. Jaquez Sr., age 72, passed away on February 7, 2018, in Oswego, IL. He was born in San Jose De La Boca, Durango, Mexico on September 28, 1945, the son of Jesus and Dolores (Herrera) Jaquez. Arnoldo worked for Lyon Metal in Montgomery, IL for over 44 years. Arnoldo was a man of honor, humility and respect. He set an amazing example of how to be a great husband, father, sibling, friend and decent human being. He was a hard worker, an amazing athlete, a great dancer and a successful philanthropist. Survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Antonia; one daughter, Elizabeth (Esteban) Santana; Two sons, Arnoldo Jr. (Rosio) and Daniel; Five sisters, Catalina (the late Alfonso) Gamboa, Hilda (Vicente) Favela, Hortencia (Asencion) Galvan, Enriqueta (Angel) Macias, Rosa (Jose) Cortez; One brother, Jesus (Rosa) Jaquez;One sister-in-law, Graciela Jaquez; Five grandchildren, Ethan Santana, Elian Santana, Evan Arnoldo Jaquez, Noah Jaquez, Hayden Jaquez. Preceded in death by Jesus and Dolores Jaquez; And one brother, Rodolfo Jaquez. Family will be receiving guest on Monday February 12, 2018, from 3pm to 8pm at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery IL. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday February 13, 2018, at 11am at St Rita Casica Catholic Church 750 W. Old Indian Trail, Aurora, IL. Interment – Mt.
