I am so sorry for your loss. The grief that we experience when we lose a loved one is one of the most difficult things we may go through. Please take comfort in knowing our Heavenly Father cares for you and sees your pain (1 Peter 5:7) and He promises a hope for the future. (Revelation 21:3 & 4). Meditating on this hope can help you cope during this difficult time. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Lynn, I am so sorry for the loss of Art. It is a hard journey you are about to embark upon. I have been walking this path for 5 years. It isn't often couples get to celebrate 50 years, and you two did it. I haven't seen either of you for over 50 years. Take care.
