Arthur R Navarro

Arthur R. Navarro, 90, of Huntley, IL formerly of Aurora and Yorkville, IL passed away on October 21, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was born on June 28, 1931 in Aurora, IL the son to Bibiano and Helen (Rodriguez) Navarro. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He retired from All Steel after nearly 30 years of dedicated service. Art loved arts and crafts, sports and especially loved the Chicago teams. Above all things he enjoyed his family most. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.   

Art is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Ariane (Bowers); children, Andrew (Kim) Navarro and Gregory (the late Andrea) Navarro; grandchildren, Travis and Nicole Navarro and Veronica (Timothy) Foster, Kennedi and Mykenzie and Kendall Navarro and many great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

A graveside service will be held on November 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Lincoln Memorial Park, Aurora, IL. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to the Senior Services of Crystal Lake, Three Oaks Rd. Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
