Aurelia Navar

Aurelia Navar, 85, of Aurora, passed away at her home in Aurora   January 1, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Durango, Mexico on August 7, 1934, daughter of Hilario and Rosa (Favela) Chaidez. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting but most of all spending time with family and friends. Aurelia is survived by her husband of 64 years, Leandro, 2 sons, Eduardo (Patricia), Leandro Jr. (Kristen), 2 daughters, Norma (Ricardo) Mora, Oralia (Jesus) Perales.  1 brother, Feliciano and 9 grandchildren, Luis, Nathanael,   Eduardo Jr., Cristobal, Sebastian, Graciela, Gianna, Noel, and Alex. Many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Aurelia is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Erasmo and Luis, 1 sister, Hermelinda, 2 brothers, Juan and Manuel, and daughters,  ,Rosa Elvia, Rosa Elia, and Yolanda. Family will be receiving guests Tuesday January 7, 2020 from 3pm to 7pm at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery, IL. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday January 8, 2020 at 10am at St Rita of Cascia Catholic Church, 750 Old Indian Trail, Aurora. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Aurora.
