Baltazar Delgado

Baltazar Delgado, 69, of Aurora, IL, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 26, 2021. He was born on August 27, 1952 the son of Francisco and Natalia (De La Riva) Delgado. He was a longtime parishioner at St. Rita of Cascia Catholic Church and was deeply devout in his faith. Baltazar was a loving father and grandfather and a dedicated, loyal and the best husband to his beloved wife of 47 years, Maria. He enjoyed gardening and time spent with his family.

He is survived by his wife Maria; daughters, Maria (Rodolfo Casas) Delgado, Teresa (Christopher Livesay) Delgado, and Brenda and Vanessa Delgado; grandchildren, Julius, Rudy, Alex, Jessica, Anthony, Rafa, Isabelle, Mia, Ava and Fernando; Godson, Raymond Alaniz. Brothers; Jose, Everardo, Gerardo, Carmelo, and Gustavo; Sisters, Hermila, Graciela, Elia and Patricia as well as many nieces and nephews also survive him.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Rita Catholic Church, 750 Old Indian Trail, Aurora, IL 60506. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Catholic Church, Aurora, IL.
