Barry Lemmons

Barry F. Lemmons, 76, of Montgomery, passed away at his home Wednesday January 16, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 31, 1942, son of Malcolm and Alma (Saunders) Lemmons. Barry was employed at Lucent Technologies as a computer programmer for 34 years, and then went on to achieve his real estate license and was employed as a Realtor for Remax Realty for over 4 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially working in the yard with Judy; keeping the yard immaculate.  Barry is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy, 3 daughters, Beth (Peter) Martinez, Andrea (Roy) Moore and Marsha (Bradley) Weidert. 7 grandchildren, Nicolas, Emily, Zachary, Hannah, Delorian, AV, and Justice. 1 sister, Janice (the late) John) Moore, and 2 brothers, Dr. James (Mary Alice) and Ernie (Karen) and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Julius, Richard and 1 sister Karen. Family will be receiving guests Monday January 21, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery. Funeral Services will be Tuesday January 22, 2019, 1:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora.
