On Wednesday, October 31 our beloved mother, Betty Millett, passed away peacefully at Alden Gardens and is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Betty was born July 7, 1929 to Adolph and Amelia Dumdie in Aurora, Illinois and attended East Aurora High School. She was united in marriage to William Millett Jr. on September 6, 1947. Bill and Betty’s ministry, for the Lord, took them to many countries in which they touched many lives. Betty had no greater calling than being a wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and a mighty intercessor in prayer. She is survived by her loving children, Sandra Wahlgren, Plano, Illinois; William III, Naples, Florida; James (Angela), Naples, Florida; Son-in-law Roland Baxter, Naples; her grandchildren: Deric Wahlgren (Jen) of Aurora; S. Michael Wahlgren of California; Laura Light (Eric) of Plano; April Baxter (Henry) of Naples; Michelle Pacetti (John) of Naples; Marissa Sanguedolce (Joseph) of Naples; Nicole Dunn of Naples; William (Liam) J. Millett of Naples and 12 great grandchildren and 1 great – great granddaughter and her brother Glen (Phyllis) Dumdie of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband William I. Millet, Jr., her daughter Debra Lynn Baxter, son-in-law Larry Wahlgren, five sisters and three brothers. We want to give a special thank you to the tender and loving care given by Divine Hospice and Alden. Thank you to Diane for her kindness and always coming to make sure her hair looked nice. Thank you to Elizabeth for your loving care. Family will be receiving guests Sunday November 4, 2018 from 2:00 pm until time of service at 5:00 pm at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S.
