On July 14, 1944 God blessed Bernice and Austin with Delores Ruth Beegle, born in Chicago, Illinois. She was on this earthly world for 79 years until God called her back home on September 7, 2023. She was baptized into His kingdom in the Missouri Synod Lutheran Church. During her time here she was fortunate to be blessed with 2 daughters from her first marriage, Juliette R Borden (nee Perry) and Deanna R Auersch. Delores grew up a dog lover but later in her life she became a true cat mom and enjoyed every minute with her beloved Siamese cats..Mai-Ling, Shi-Ling, Tai-Ling, Cubby, and Suki. She also was chosen by 2 strays (Pumpkin and Sweetie) that readily accepted her as their human mom. She enjoyed nature, especially feeding deer that would come into her backyard at her house in Arkansas and keeping the hummingbird feeders stocked that would attract numerous hummingbirds that she would admire. She was fortunate to call Illinois, Florida, and Arkansas home.
Delores was also blessed enough to have the title of Grandma by her beloved grandchildren Brittany, Brandon, Logan (Sam), Lukas (Alexsis), Dakota (Kelly), Trevor (Alexis), and Grace. She was doubly blessed to also be Great-Grandma to Kimberly, Selena, Maci, and Ava and would have her first great grandson, Levi, due in January, 2024. She was sister to Robert (Betty) and Aunt to David, Dwayne, Jennifer, and Robbie. She was friend to many, but especially to her dearest friend, Judy, who preceded her in death too soon. She is survived by her 2 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, her brother and sister in law, 1 niece n 2 nephews, and several friends.
She was preceded in death by her biological mother and father, her grandmother, Julia Robb, who was also a mother to her and her brother, numerous aunt's and uncles, and cousins, and several close friends. Though her time on earth was cut short by illness, we know that she is happy and whole again in Heaven. We will miss you Mom and Grandma and Great Grandma but we find Peace in knowing that you are happy and that you are waiting for us until that day we will all be together again. We love you.
