Ferenc Palfalvi

Ferenc  Palfalvi, 80, of Montgomery, IL passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at The Grove at The Lake in Zion, IL.  He was born August 8, 1936 in Hungary, the son of Sandor Maria.   He married Anne Marie Hummel on February 3, 1968 in Aurora, IL.  Ferenc worked as a Machinist for 55 years retiring from  A.S.K. and always having a second job at various places to include, Fermi Lab, Austin Western, Henry-Pratt, Caterpillar and General Aluminum Company.   He enjoyed doing yard work, taking care of his roses and feeding the doves.

He is survived by 2 sons, Todd Palfalvi  of Seymour, TN and Ferenc Palfalvi, Jr. of Aurora, IL; 2 daughters,  Diana Pegues and Lori Palfalvi of Chicago and 6 grandchildren.

Ferenc was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Anne Marie in 1996.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until the time of the Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S.
