Gloria Bell

Gloria Bell, 94, passed away at her home on Sunday March 15, 2020. She was born April 6, 1925, daughter of Fred and Leona (Anderson) Kerr. Gloria spent her youth in Detroit, MI. She enlisted into the Canadian Army during World War II and was very proud of that decision. There she met the love of her life Ken L. Bell. They were married April of 1944 and spent the next 42 years happily together. In 1957, they moved to Detroit, Mi. and then Aurora, IL. Gloria worked for Timee Toys and Processed Plastics as a line leader for over 25 years. She retired to take care of her ailing husband Ken. After Ken’s passing, Gloria spent the next 17 years taking care of her mother, Leona. Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 42 years, Ken, 1 sister, Betty, 2 brothers, Richard and Eugene, 1 granddaughter, Michelle, 1 grandson, Cody and 1 great grandson, Andrew. Gloria is survived by 1 son, Gary (Cindy) 1 daughter, Cherie (Bob) Mauer, 4 grandchildren; Doug, Matthew (Tammy), Chad (Lilly) and Jennifer (Mark). 7 great grandchildren; Kayla, Megan, Alyssa, Lauren, Addison, Emily, Cain and 2 Brothers, Fred (Barbara) And Gary (Barbara).  A private family burial will place.
