Helen Rangel

Helen P. Rangel, 91, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018.  She was born November 20, 1926 in Rollo, IL, the daughter of Edmon and Bertha (Gorley) Shreffler.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed bird watching, doing crossword puzzles, reading and sewing. She is survived by one son, Michael Rangel of Sheridan; 3 daughters, Patricia (Tony) Hisaw of Missouri, Cynthia (Joseph) Holzer of Aurora, IL and Lori Schimpf of Aurora, IL; 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Edward in 2006; her parents and 4 sisters and 4 brothers.   Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery, IL.  Funeral Service will be Friday, June 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.   Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery.
