Howard W. Kloth, Sr. 76, of Aurora, IL passed away surrounded by his family on May 17, 2023. He was born on March 19, 1947 the son of Mary Kloth. Howard proudly served his country with the U.S. Army. On August 3, 1968 he married Janice Vilmin, they would spend the next 55 years together. He was a Transit Driver for Gordon Food Service and retired in 2017 after many years of dedicated service. Howard loved his Harley Davidson and had a passion for car shows where he proudly showed off his El Camino. He took great pride in his yard and was known for the best lawn in the neighborhood. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife Janice; daughter Christina (Paul Carter) Scott; grandchildren, Britny (Fiancé Joseph Florio) Kloth, Tyler Lawrence and Alexander Scott; He is also survived by his parrot, Ben as well as many nieces, nephews, in-laws and countless friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother Mary, son, Howard Kloth, Jr., siblings, Judy Gallagher, John DeRoach and Bobbiegayle Mullinax, nephew, Jimmy Sago and many beloved pets through the years.
Family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Montgomery, IL.
