Jaxsen Sophia Lynn Jones, 10, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 20, 2022. She was born August 4, 2011 with Trisomy 9 Mosiac Syndrome and many other health conditions.

Like the Superhero she was, she never let anything stop her!

Jaxie is survived by her mother, Ryan; her father, Pete; great-grandmother, Norma Lee; Grandparents, Dusty and Linda Jones; aunt and uncles, Kim (Tim) Tooley, Brian (Carrie) Jones, Coty (Kristy) Jones, and Stephanie; god sister and brother, Miya and Elijah; best friend forever, Maddy; numerous other cousins that she loved so much; other aunts, uncles; and great-aunts and great-uncles who will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Ruben and Joan Jones, Lamar Lee, and Othe Laden.

A special thank you to her RN, Advocate Lutheran General Team of Doctor’s and her District 131 Teachers.

Family will be receiving guests on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave, Montgomery, IL 60538. A funeral service will take place the following day, Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 11:30 AM also at Dieterle Memorial Home. Interment at Lincoln Memorial Park.
