Jose V. Juarez

Jose V. Juarez, 38, of Bristol, IL passed away after a courageous and hard fought battle with Leukemia. He was born on January 21, 1985 in Michoacán, Mexico the son of Bartolo and Romelia (Mosqueda) Juarez. He graduated from East Aurora High School in 2003 and was a proud Tomcat. In 2011 he began working for East Aurora District 131 and was a dedicated employee until his passing. Jose was a friend to all and his kindred spirit will be sorely missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Christina (Cepeda); children, Isabella, Nicolas and Jose; parents, Romelia and Bartolo Juarez; siblings, Leticia (Francisco) Rodriguez, Alejandro (Maria) Juarez and Enrique (Jessica Rodriguez) Juarez; mother and father-in-law, Maria and Hilario Cepeda, brother-in-law Jaime Cepeda and maternal grandmother, Guadalupe Rios. He is also survived by his special niece Rosio Rodriguez and many other beloved nieces and nephews as well as his therapy dog, Rusty and countless friends.

Family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Nicholas Church 308 High Street, Aurora, IL. Burial will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park, Aurora, IL.
