Larry P. Kellett

Larry P. Kellett, 74, of Aurora passed away on May 18, 2017. He was born on January 8, 1943 in Aurora, IL the son of Harold and Martha (Conrad) Kellett. In 1998 he retired from the City of Aurora after 31 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed coaching little league in his younger years and most recently he was so happy to see the Chicago Cubs win a World Series. Larry was a beloved husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife Patricia (Babcock) of 44 years; children, Debra (Brett) Weiler, Dawn (Larry) Moncrief, Diane Kellett, Kristy (Jim) Hartness and Shari Dennin; grandchildren, Desarae Coley, Victoria Weiler and Larry Paul Kellett as well as many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and five brothers and two sisters.

Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Interment will be private.
