Lisa Parello

Lisa M. Parello, 56, of Montgomery passed away on July 5, 2019. She was born on May 14, 1963 in Huber Heights, Ohio, the daughter of Anthony and Beverly (Capone) DeThomas. She was lovingly referred to as “Mimi” and “Grammy” by her grandchildren whom she adored and she was a devoted mom who loved each of her boys with unconditional love. Lisa was a follower of Jesus and was extremely spiritual. Music, singing and dancing with her grandchildren were just a few of the things that brought her great joy. Her infectious smile and laughter could light up a room and her vibrant spirit will be dearly missed by all.

She is survived by her parents Anthony (Susan) DeThomas and Beverly (Troy) Wilson;  husband, Scott Parello; sons, Brandon (Jackie) Campbell, Adam (Annie) Parello, and Christian Parello; grandchildren, Hailey, Savannah, Emmersyn, Dominic and Dean; siblings, Vicki (Dan) Binkley, Dale (Sally) DeThomas, Jodi (Jack) DeBiasio, Mary (Rocky) DiDonna and Dawn (Franz) Kirchner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and countless friends.

She is preceded in death by her beloved son Anthony Parello, granddaughter Hope Parello, nephew Nick Parello and paternal and maternal grandparents.

Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, July 11, 2019  from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538.

Interment will be private.
