Olga Luna

Olga Luna, 76, of Aurora, IL passed away on March 28, 2021. She was born on October 8, 1944 in Edcouch, TX, the daughter of Epimenia Espinosa and Pedro Luna. Olga worked as a seamstress for most of her life. She tailored clothing for many years and in later years, she made American flags. After retirement, she loved being able to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time at the casino playing slot machines.

Olga is survived by her children, Javier (Patricia Guerrero) Luna, Claudia Luna, Veronica Reynoso; grandchildren, Gabriel and Arianna (and their mother, Monica Hernandez), Isaac, Sadie, Jordan, and Juliana; siblings, Jose Guadalupe Luna, Pedro (Elizabeth) Luna, Jr., and Juanita Luna; as well as several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews; and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Derek Luna; sister, Olivia Lechuga; and nephew, Pedro Luna III.

Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Interment is private. We ask that you please follow social distancing guidelines and wear a facemask.
