Olivia Lechuga

Olivia Lechuga, 77, passed away on October 5, 2020. She was born on July 11, 1943 in Edcouch, TX the daughter of Pedro and Epimenia (Espinoza) Luna. Olivia was the matriarch of her family. She was a wonderful mother and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all.

She is survived by her children; Leticia Lechuga, Lionel (the late Toni) Lechuga, Leonardo (Guadalupe) Lechuga, Lorenzo (Teresa) Lechuga, and Laura (Michael) Bryant; grandchildren, Olivia, Lianna, David, Mariza, Chris, Andy, Oscar, Miranda, Elias, Leonardo, Lorena, Araceli, Abigail, and Daniel; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Guadalupe, Olga, Pedro, Jr., and Janie Luna. Thomas Adachi who was like a son to her and several nieces and nephews also survive her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Elias Lechuga and son Cesar Lechuga.

Family will be receiving guests on Sunday, October 11, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. A private funeral will take place and burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Due to current restrictions, a limited number of guests will be allowed in the chapel at a time. Please follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering.
