Patricia Hart

Patricia C. Hart passed away Tuesday, August 1 at Symphony of Orchard Valley.  She was born August 17, 1933 in Aurora, Illinois.  She is survived by her daughters Joey (Bob) Mehrens and Gwynne (Paul) O’Brien and her son Jim Hart, her grandchildren Amy Stangl, Peter Reinke, Josh Hart, Aubrey (Justin) Palmatier, Hallie O’Brien, and Dennis (Alley) O’Brien, her great-grandchildren Hunter, Madyson, Anthony, Ashlynn, Madilynn, Rachel, and Hudson. Also survived by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Marie (Ken) Kittoe, Richard (Bev) Hart, and Carol Hart, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bernie, her parents Mike and Nellie Remesnik, her step-mother LaVerne Remesnik, brothers Carol and Joseph Evans, daughter-in-law Christine Hart, her mother-in-law and father-in-law Sophie and William Hart, brothers-in-law William and John Hart, sister-in-law Linda Hart and her cousin and very dear friend Dorothy Stenson. The family will be receiving guests Tuesday, August 8, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery, 630-897-1196.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Dieterle Memorial Home. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Angels Grace Hospice (angelsforhospice.org) or a charity of your choice. The family extends sincere appreciation to the caregivers and staff of Angels Grace Hospice and Symphony of Orchard Valley for the loving care they provided our mother.
