Reva James

Reva J. James, 90 of Lake Zurich, passed away July 4, 2021. She was born In Plano, IL on August 28, 1930, daughter of Fred and Iolene (Reisinger) Silkey. She was a high school graduate and a homemaker. Reva enjoyed Bible study and quilting; also enjoyed spending time with family and friends; Reva was a great cook; making the best fried chicken and sugar cookies that would melt in your mouth. She is survived by 3 daughters; Judith (John) Thode, Eleanor (Steve) Springfield, Marcia (Gary) Stevenson. 3 sons; Frank Jr. (Candace), David (Marcia) and John. 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and a sister, Elizabeth Koch. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 20 years Frank “Wylie”. Family will be receiving guests Friday July 9, 2021 from 4 pm to 8pm at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery. Funeral Services Saturday July 10, 2021 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at West Big Rock Cemetery. Donations may be made to Wayside Ministries 215 E.
