Richard Luebbing

Richard L. “Monkey” Luebbing, 53, of Plano, IL passed away on October 21, 2018. He was born on March 6, 1965 in Aurora, IL the son of Duane and Virginia (Horvath) Luebbing. He was a longtime mechanic and worked for S&S Automotive, Holmes Auto Repair and most currently Probst Service in Montgomery. He loved to garden and his passion was fishing but above all things, time spent with family is what he enjoyed most.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Elizabeth Wilkison; children, Matt Ferguson,  and Jacob and Jessica Luebbing; stepsons, Justin (Rhonda) Benefiel and Scott Benefiel, 10 grandchildren; siblings, Debra (Stanley) Foreman, Diane (Robert) Beck- Rygiewicz and Robert Luebbing. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and stepson David Benefiel.

Family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Interment will be private.
