Robert Allan Barnes

Robert A. Barnes, 59, 0f Oswego passed away Wednesday September 27, 2023 at Mac Neal Hospital in Berwyn. He was born November 29, 1963 in Hinsdale, IL, son of Roger and Carol (Dwyer) Barnes. Bob was a member of Operating Engineers local 150 that dealt with heavy machinery operations. He enjoyed going to car shows, wrenching on his 1935 Ford truck and spending time with family and friends. Bob is survived by his wife of 22 years Tracey, his son Kyle, a sister Debbie (Jeff) Koldoff and a brother Jim Barnes (the late Jody), and his 4 adoring cats; Boozer, Arizona, Hunter and Pantera. He is preceded in death by his parents. Family will be receiving guests Wednesday October 11, 2023 from 3 pm until time of service at 7pm at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway in Montgomery.
