Timothy M. Donaldson

Timothy Mark Donaldson was born in Bethalto, IL on Jan 16, 1958 and passed away peacefully in his home on March 8, 2021 in Farmington, Mo. Tim was a guitar teacher, rock star, skydiver, and great father of two Sons, Nathaniel and Samuel. His passion for music, spirituality and animals will not be forgotten. His mother and father Adeline (Mentel) and Lawrence Donaldson, his twin brother Tom and his dog Buddy preceded him in death. His two sons and their wives, Nate (Suntress Slater) and Sam (Sarah Durham), 4 grandchildren Nate, Trenity, Laila, and Anibel survive him. His friend and mother of his sons, Debra Woods, and close friends John and Lisa Kee also survive him. Surviving siblings are Cindy (Slemer), Lois (Ryan), Ann (Bean), Alice (Berger), Dave, Fred, Larry, Matt, Michael and his dog Geddy Lee. Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Donations may be made in his honor to the Animal Welfare League of donors choice.
