Willem H. Haages, Jr. "Bill"

Willem H.”Bill” Haages, Jr., 68, of Aurora, IL passed away on May 27, 2018. He was born on April 30, 1950 in Amsterdam, Netherlands the son of Willem and Hendrika (Koster) Haages. Willem proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during Vietnam. After his time in the Army he went to work at Caterpillar and then became an over the road truck driver for many years. In retirement he found enjoyment in driving a limo.

He is survived by his nephews, Christopher (Jodi) Haages and Jason (Jessica) Haages and niece, Jennifer Haages as well as great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Haages.

Family will be receiving guests on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family for a memorial that will be established.
