Dorris Fahrlander

Dorris Fahrlander, 69, of Oswego passed away on July 12, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born on June 14, 1945 in Aurora, IL the daughter of Richard and Blanche (Dalton) Jordan. She had a passion for camping and gardening. She was employed with Jewel in Oswego from 1989 until her retirement in 2005.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years Robert, her loving daughter Robyn Novak, granddaughters Kaitlyn and Ashleigh Graham and siblings Patricia (Heinz) Schumacher, David Jordan and sister-in-law MaryAnn (Richard) Huggins. She is also survived by her nephews Charles (Candy) Jordan and Jay Jordan as well as many other nieces and nephews and her beloved dogs Penny and Missy.


Family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th at 10:00 AM at Riverside Cemetery, Montgomery, IL.
